BRIEF HISTORY OF TENRIKYO PARADISE CHURCH:
On February 13, 1965,
Reverend George Akemoto established the Tenrikyo Paradise Mission
Station near Diamond Head crater.
On August 28, 1999, the Mission Station
received the honor and blessing to be the successor to Tenrikyo Diamond
Church. An installation service was held, and thus Tenrikyo Paradise
Church was established. George Akemoto is the first head-minister
of Tenrikyo Paradise Church.
